Hello, I’m John Kerner.
I’m an independent IoD Chartered Director who founded D7 Advisers to provide company director services that help SME private, public, and not-for-profit organizations make better quality boardroom decisions. These improved decisions aim to reduce the impacts on people, our planet, and financial prosperity.
In the UK, we don’t allow unqualified doctors to make decisions about our health, as the consequences can be fatal. Yet, we often see unqualified Board Directors making critical decisions about the health of the entities they are legally responsible for.
